There she gained invaluable experience in the basics of good commercial merchandising and worked on many creative projects, including the in house lifestyle magazine.
Following 4 successful years there Rowena Joined leading menswear retailer Jack & Jones as Regional Visual Manager for Ireland. She worked closely with each store to build the brand and image and saw the company expand from 8 to 28 stores around the country. She was also responsible for opening new Jack and Jones stores around Europe in countries such as Denmark, Sweden and Germany.
A stint in Sydney, Australia saw Rowena land a role with Iconic department store David Jones where she was part of the creative team responsible for huge refurbishment project.
